At SB Furniture, we currently offer local pickup only for all orders. This ensures that you receive your furniture in the best condition, without the risks associated with shipping large or delicate items.
Once your order is placed and confirmed, we will notify you via email or phone when your items are ready for pickup. Typically, orders are processed and available within 3–5 business days, depending on availability and order volume.
Pickup is available during our regular business hours at our designated location. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid photo ID at the time of pickup. If someone else will be picking up on your behalf, kindly inform us in advance and ensure they have the necessary documentation.
We do not currently offer shipping, delivery, or third-party courier arrangements. All items must be picked up in person from our location.
Please inspect your items upon pickup. Once the order is collected and signed for, we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transportation after leaving our premises.
